You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use jpliga. We verify age through mandatory KYC documentation. Underage access is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
Each player is permitted exactly one account on jpliga. Duplicate accounts are subject to permanent suspension and forfeiture of funds. Your account is personal and non-transferable.
All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and major e-wallets. No currency conversion fees apply. Minimum and maximum limits apply per method.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements before withdrawal. These requirements, eligible games, validity periods, and maximum bet limits are disclosed at the time of each bonus offer. Bonuses are always optional.
Fraud, collusion, use of automated bots, abuse of bonuses, and money laundering are strictly prohibited. jpliga reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where prohibited conduct is detected.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which jpliga holds its international gaming license. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration under those laws, not Indonesian domestic courts.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jpliga. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform. Continued access to jpliga constitutes acceptance of all terms herein.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

By accessing the jpliga platform, creating an Account, depositing Funds, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their current form. These Terms take effect from the moment you first access the Platform.
These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules governing individual games, sports betting markets, bonus promotions, or tournaments available on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any game-specific rules, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by jpliga.
jpliga reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
To register and maintain an Account on jpliga, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
Age Restriction: Registering or attempting to register on jpliga if you are under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be permanently closed and all Funds forfeited. We cooperate fully with any relevant authorities in cases of suspected underage gambling.
Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on the jpliga Platform. Creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or identity documents — constitutes a serious violation of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all Funds and Bonus Funds therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. jpliga will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must contact our support team immediately.
jpliga reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being obligated to provide a reason for refusal.
As part of our compliance obligations, jpliga operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity and address verification documents at any stage of your Account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to your first withdrawal, or at any time we deem it necessary.

All submitted documents must be legible, unaltered, and in their original form. Submission of fraudulent, altered, or falsified KYC documents will result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of all Funds, and referral to the relevant authorities.
jpliga aims to complete KYC review within one (1) to three (3) business days of receiving all required documents. Withdrawal requests will be held pending the completion of a satisfactory KYC review.
jpliga accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sender's name does not match the Account holder's name — are not permitted and will be returned or held pending investigation.
Accepted deposit methods include bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), as well as e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of each transaction.
Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance within minutes of a confirmed transaction. In rare cases involving bank processing delays, crediting may take up to two (2) hours. If a deposit has not been credited within this window, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.
Important: jpliga does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges. These third-party fees are your responsibility and are not reimbursed by jpliga.
jpliga reserves the right to return any deposit that cannot be adequately verified or that is suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity. We may request supporting documentation for any deposit at any time.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your jpliga Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will not be processed under any circumstances.
To be eligible for withdrawal, you must have:
jpliga aims to process approved withdrawals within five (5) minutes to two (2) hours for most e-wallet and local bank transfer requests. In exceptional circumstances, processing may take up to twenty-four (24) hours. Withdrawal timelines are provided as estimates and are not contractual guarantees.
jpliga reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where unusual activity has been detected. During such reviews, the withdrawal may be temporarily held. We will notify you promptly if your withdrawal is subject to an extended review period.
jpliga does not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions. However, certain bank or e-wallet providers may apply their own outbound transfer charges, which are outside our control.
From time to time, jpliga offers bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are optional. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the specific terms attached to that promotion, which are disclosed at the point of offer.

Seasonal Promotions: jpliga may offer special promotions during major Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Nyepi, and the Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), as well as major sporting events including the FIFA World Cup, AFF Championship (Piala AFF), and BRI Liga 1 season milestones. Each such promotion carries its own specific terms, disclosed at the time of launch.
All bets and wagers placed on jpliga are subject to the specific rules governing each sport, market, game, or event. These rules are accessible within the relevant section of the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.
Sports betting on jpliga covers a wide range of markets including BRI Liga 1, Timnas Indonesia fixtures, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, and the FIFA World Cup. Bandar bola (sports bookmaking) markets, including Asian handicap, voor bola (goal handicap), and mix parlay (accumulator) bets are available on all major football events.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jpliga Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all Funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:
All content on the jpliga Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jpliga or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jpliga.
The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by jpliga is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By creating an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted our Privacy Policy.
jpliga collects personal data for the purposes of Account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and promotional communications (where you have opted in). We do not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data is shared with third-party service providers only to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and comply with our legal obligations.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jpliga's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jpliga reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
You may also voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any applicable Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC clearance.
Where an Account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, jpliga reserves the right to retain all Funds in the Account and to offset any losses, costs, or damages incurred by jpliga as a result of that breach.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting support.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jpliga holds its international gaming license.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized international arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent imminent harm or preserve the status quo.
